Checking Grades in FACTS...
Progress reports and conferences are slightly later this year compared to the previous few years. As a reminder, your child's grades can be checked in FACTS at any time.
(If you have never logged into FACTS, there is information on how to log on towards the bottom of the newsletter and the flyer runs in the newsletter every week.)
As a reminder to our parents and families who park in the church lot for afternoon Car Line, we kindly ask that you use the above graphic as a guideline on how to pull into the parking lot. Please keep in mind that lane 4 can sometimes fit 2 lines of cars. There is the potential that dumpsters from the construction that is taking place underneath the church could be in the first or last lanes.
**As always please do not park on the street to pick up a child.**
Tuition Care
Redirect your PA state tax dollars, receive a 90% tax credit and reduce tuition for all families. We currently have 20 families enrolled in the program. This means that every family, K-8, already has $87 off their tuition. Enrollment ends at the end of October. There is a commitment form attached, we have forms in the office or you can contact Monica Boyle at the Foundation for Catholic Education with any questions about enrollment and how the program works. mboyle@foundationFCE.org

We are excited to announce that we are trying out two new book fair companies this year. We will have an Ignatious Book Fair that will run from Sunday, November 10th until Thursday, November 14th. Ignatious is a Catholic company that promises to provide "a selection of Christian and secular works that inspire, educate, and allow children to explore the complementary nature of faith and literature, inviting a deeper connection with both." We want to especially thank Mrs. Jennifer Chomko for researching new book fair options and putting us in touch with Ignatious.
Ignatious Press was founded in 1978, and in 2023, they partnered with Ave Maria University to create Ignatious Book Fairs.
Please consider signing up for a time slot to help our youngest students make their book fair wish lists.
The book fair will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from Monday, November 11th through Thursday, November 14th. We will also have two family events:
Sunday, November 10th from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and
Wednesday, November 13th from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Please come support our book fair! All purchases will benefit St. Patrick School.
Our second fair is scheduled to run during Catholic Schools Week (January 27th through January 31st) and it will be with Literati Book Fairs. Look for more details towards the end of December.
*Please remember that you may not sign up to volunteer for Hot Lunch or Recess volunteer until you have completed your Clearances.
