Emergency Contact Card
A friendly reminder to please make sure you have completed the Emergency Contact Card for each child in your family. This was originally emailed in the Welcome Back email sent in August.
*Please remember that you may not sign up to volunteer for Hot Lunch (or any other volunteer opportunties) until you have completed your Clearances.
If you are new to SPS, FACTS is our student information system. (This is seperate from the Tuition site.) FACTS is where you can log in and check your child's grades and attendance records.
If you are interested in volunteering at SPS (examples: field trip chaperone, classroom parent, recess monitor, lunch helper, CYO), you will need to have the clearances listed below on file with the Parish Office. Julia Goldschmidt (Director of Parish Services) coordinates clearances for our parish and school, please email her with questions. jgoldschmidt@stpatrickmalvern.org.
If you are interested in helping with recess duty, but do not want to commit to a regular day, we always welcome parent/grandparent volunteers (with clearances on file). Please see the link below to sign up! As always, thank you for volunteering to help our school community!
